The MomBoss Universe Constitution

1. Mission & Purpose

MomBoss exists to ignite purpose, create opportunity, and foster financial freedom for women and families through commerce, community, education, and travel — delivered in a safe, kind, AI-enabled ecosystem that increases productivity, dignity, and abundance for all.

We are proudly Kenyan-born, built for women, by women.

3. Membership & Identity

• Member: any woman or approved ally in our communities
• Vendor: sells via MomBoss Mall (seller of record)
• Hostess: lists stays/experiences on MB-BNB
• Affiliate/Influencer: earns through referrals
• Moderator/Steward: entrusted with community trust & safety

Age: 18+ to sell or host. Verification (KYC) may be required for vendors/hosts in higher-risk categories. Trust Scores may affect ad boosting or featuring.

4. Marketplace Role & Liability Disclaimer

MomBoss Universe is an advertising and community platform. We are not a reseller, agent, manufacturer, or payment intermediary.

• Transactions are direct between buyers and sellers/hosts
• MomBoss is not liable for: product dissatisfaction, non-delivery, fraud, delays, or financial loss
• Returns/disputes are handled directly between buyer and vendor
• Prohibited categories: illegal goods, drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, hate/extremist material, scams, or deceptive health claims

Serious discrepancies must be reported with proof to the admin team (support@momboss.space) for investigation.

5. Conduct & Safety (Zero Tolerance)

• No bullying, hate, harassment, doxxing, or shaming
• Respect privacy — no sharing content without consent
• No scams, pyramid schemes, or misrepresentation
• No unsolicited medical, donation, or relief requests (unless an approved campaign)

Enforcement: Warnings → Temporary restrictions → Permanent ban. Severe harm (fraud, threats, hate, exploitation) = instant removal. Appeals may be submitted within 14 days. Ban evasion = removal of all linked accounts.

6. Content, IP & Permissions

• Members retain ownership of their content
• By posting, you grant MomBoss a license to display and promote your content within MomBoss platforms
• Report IP infringement — we comply with takedowns
• Paid or boosted placements are clearly labelled “Ad” or “Sponsored”

7. Advertising & Commercial Policy

Facebook Groups

• Free Ads: Tuesdays & Thursdays (approval required)
• Paid Ads: Paying members can post daily depending on the package purchased
• Ad Requirements: Price, Location, Description

MomBoss Mall (E-commerce)

• Only MomBoss VIP members (female-owned businesses) may sell
• Listings and adverts are cross-shared to our Facebook Pages, Groups, and WhatsApp Channel
• Listings must be accurate, priced, and use clear media
• Fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited listings will be removed

8. Events & Education

• MomBoss-hosted trainings/webinars may be ticketed; recordings belong to MomBoss
• Vendor events: vendors are the organizer of record
• Cancellations/refunds follow the stated organizer policy

9. Travel & Stays (MB-BNB)

• Hostess of record contracts directly with guests
• Hosts must provide accurate listings, fair cancellations, and comply with local laws
• Curated stays may include affiliate bundles or commissions (disclosed)

10. AI Governance

• MotherShip AI (Lara AI): coordinates moderation, growth, and marketplace insights
• AI Executive Team: agents for ads, events, marketplace, travel, and IT
• Limits: AI cannot permanently ban, change fees, or shadow-ban without human approval
• Oversight: Human CEO (Lauren) + Steward Council review appeals and publish quarterly transparency notes

11. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Ads packages and memberships are billed to account owners
• Fees are non-refundable once services start, unless required by law
• Breaching the Constitution = removal without refund
• Buyer disputes (e.g., chargebacks) are strictly between vendor and customer

12. Data Privacy & Security

• We comply with applicable privacy laws
• Members may request data export or deletion
• Industry-standard security measures are used
• Report issues to: security@mboss.vip

13. Amendments & Mission Lock

The mission (empowering women through ethical commerce) cannot be changed without a supermajority (Steward Council + Guardians + member poll). Policy changes will be announced with effective dates.

14. Founders Stewardship Charter

Founding family serve as Guardians of the Mission with veto power on mission changes. Guardians must embody the Constitution (no abuse, no self-dealing). If violated, Steward Council may suspend/remove guardians by supermajority.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

Members are encouraged to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation first. Governing law will align with Kenya & South Africa consumer law.

16. Enforcement & Accountability

Violations of this Constitution = immediate and permanent removal from all MomBoss platforms. Paid members forfeit refunds if removed for breach. MomBoss reserves the right to protect community integrity at all times.
