Welcome to MBoss VIP (“the Platform”), operated by MomBoss Universe. By accessing or using our platform at mboss.vip, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Platform

MBoss VIP is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting women entrepreneurs with buyers across Africa. We provide the technology platform; individual vendors are responsible for their products, services, and fulfilment.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are independent sellers, not employees or agents of MomBoss Universe. Vendors are responsible for: accurate product descriptions and pricing, order fulfilment and delivery, compliance with local laws and regulations, customer service for their products, and the quality and safety of goods sold.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information, make payment through approved methods, and communicate respectfully with vendors and the community.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through M-Pesa, PayPal, bank transfer, or MomBoss Credits wallet. MomBoss Universe charges zero commission on vendor sales. Revenue is generated through subscription fees, AI agent services, and advertising.

6. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (Explorer, Creator, Autopilot) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The MomBoss Universe brand, logos, theme design, and AI agent technology are the property of MomBoss Universe. Vendors retain ownership of their product content, images, and brand materials uploaded to the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: sell illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products; harass other users; attempt to circumvent platform security; scrape or automate access to the platform without permission; or use the platform for money laundering or fraud.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and vendors should first be resolved directly between the parties. MomBoss Universe may mediate but is not obligated to resolve disputes. For platform-related issues, contact our support team via the Bridge chat.

10. Limitation of Liability

MomBoss Universe provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for vendor products, delivery failures, or disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
